Hokkaido Bread
I actually had two batches and totally obliterated the first batch due to faulty instructions. It’s highly suggested to stick by your baking goodies and check on them every 10 or so minutes.
I improvised yellow cake mix in place of the original milk powder and cake flour that the recipe i found called for, yielding not bad results.
